United Ways have all traditionally relied on corporate donors and employee campaigns which require an assisted campaign coordinator and payroll deductions to facilitate giving. As a result, campaigns were typically held by larger companies with many employees and the resources necessary to hold a campaign.
Corporate campaigns make it easy for anyone to make a difference. Any sized company, civic group, organization, church, community, etc. can now hold their own campaigns without the resources of larger organizations. Because donors use their own debit/credit cards to make donations, it makes it easy to track campaign progress and donations with no paperwork or you may opt for our traditional process by downloading the forms here.
You can register to start your own United Way corporate campaign on behalf of a company by contacting United Way of Wilson County and the Upper Cumberland. Once you are approved, your campaign becomes active - and you can help support United Way by promoting online donations and giving through your campaign!
